| Woolmark quality standards
The Woolmark and Woolmark Blend programmes cover
yarns, fabrics and most articles of clothing, as well as carpets
and upholstery
Only the Woolmark (not Woolmark Blend) can also be used on blankets
and other bedding products, home laundry products such as detergents,
and gentle bleaches and washing machines. Additionally, the Woolmark
programme has recently been extended to include mothproofing agents
and is constantly increasing new product area specifications to
help other wool related industries benefit from the value of woolmark.
The Wool Blend programme is currently restricted to yarns, fabrics
and articles of clothing.
